My name is Kartika Refi, and I can help.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Flower Mound. I have been helping married couples, individuals (mostly women but some men too), and families going through life crises that seem unmanageable. I love providing clients with a “holding environment” where they feel safe exploring their pain and examining how they navigate relationships with themselves and others. It’s my passion to accompany clients to make a journey from distress to peace and joy and develop their ability to be open, flexible, and responsive to others.
